2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by Vercel. When you access the site, technically necessary data may be processed in server logs, including your IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser, and operating system. This processing is necessary to provide a secure and stable website and is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, the required data protection safeguards are used.
3. Contact form and file uploads
When you contact us through the form, we process the information you provide, including your name, email address, organization, project description, selected services, and any files you upload voluntarily. Processing is necessary to answer your request and take pre-contractual steps under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR or, for general enquiries, is based on our legitimate interest in responding under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Uploaded files are stored using Vercel Blob, and Resend is used to deliver email. We delete the data after the enquiry is completed unless statutory retention duties apply.
4. Abuse prevention with Google reCAPTCHA
The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3. Google processes technical usage data to identify automated or abusive requests. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is protecting the website and our communication systems. See the Google Privacy Policy for more information.
5. Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is transferred to Mailchimp. The subscription becomes active only after you confirm a link sent by email (double opt-in). Processing is based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time for the future by using the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.
6. Cookies and local storage
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Technically necessary information for language selection and individual convenience features is stored in a cookie or in your browser's local storage. The applicable legal basis is Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG, followed by Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for the related processing.
7. Recipients and international transfers
Data is shared only with service providers needed for hosting, abuse prevention, email delivery, newsletters, or file storage. Required data processing agreements are concluded with processors. Transfers to third countries comply with Articles 44 et seq. GDPR.
